My husband and I used to joke that before I started doing Michelle's program, I was a "skinny fat person". I was thin, but not lean. Since I started Michelle's program, I lost over 7% body fat, that is 8 lbs of fat. How unbelievable! For years, I was exercising doing Pilates, running, Spinning, but without results. Doing this program has motivated me to reach a level in fitness I never thought possible.
